None. And even if you wanted to use it you can't now. They discontinued it 3 years ago.
Not in the near future. Though there is a fan-made version called 'rverse' you can download onto your 3DS. It has some missing features, and from what I know, it doesn't save your post from the real version miiverse. This month is the earliest we will hear if the rverse for Wii U is available. I am sorry.

There are two specific ways that you can chat with friends on a Wii U. The first is via Miiverse or via "friends" on the home menu. Both of these can be used to send messages back and forth between Miiverse and Nintendo Network friends. The second way is through the video chat option on the Wii U menu, which uses the Gamepad's built-in camera and microphone for real-time video chat.
No, it won't because the ban is linked to your Nintendo Network ID (NNID) and not to your console. Unless you create a new NNID, you will not be unbanned (assuming that you were permanently banned.)
Yes, but there are not many sites that utilizes your Nintendo Network ID. The main website that allows you to log in with your NNID is Miiverse. You can also link a Nintendo 3DS with the NNID
The Wii U does not need an Internet connection to use it. It can be played offline, though you will not be able to access Miiverse, the Nintendo eShop or any other online functions.
There will be continual updates for the 3DS until a new handheld device is released. These updates will occasionally add new specs to the 3ds (Miiverse) and will check if your 3DS has any unauthorized software installed.
You can't Nintendo Land is specifically designed for local multiplayer only. When people come into your Nintendo land they are just bringing over what they say in miiverse previously and bringing their Dave data.
I know a lot of people do, some don't. But I do! please follow on Miiverse! ;)
Yes, the Nintendo Wii is a different console than the Nintendo Wii U. The graphics on the Wii U is improved (HD quality) and has more features than the original Wii (Miiverse, eShop) . Therefore, the original Wii cannot play Wii U games.
