Being morally straight means to live your life with honesty, to be clean in your speech and actions, and to be a person of strong character.

This should be done with the Scout sign. On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country to obey the scout law to help other people at all times to help keep myself physically strong mentally awake and morally straight

There isn't a Boy Scout creed...but you may be referring to our oath or law. The oath is: On my honor, I will do my best, to do my duty to God and my country. To help other people at all times, to obey the Scout Law, and to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight. The law is: A Scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.

The Boy Scout Oath is recited while making the Scout Sign (index, middle, and ring fingers extended upward and close together): : On my honor I will do my best : To do my duty to God and my country : and to obey the Scout Law; : To help other people at all times; : To keep myself physically strong, : mentally awake, and morally straight. In addition, the Boy Scouts have a Boy Scout Law ("A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent."), Boy Scout Slogan, ("Do a good turn daily.") and Boy Scout Motto ("Be prepared.") On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my Country, to obey the Scout Law to help other people at all times, to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

Reverent is one of the points of the Scout Law, not he oath. It means that a scout should be faithful in his religious duties and respect the beliefs of others.

The Boy Scout Oath: On my honor, I will do my best To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight. The Boy Scout Promise: A Scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. The oath clearly and plainly calls for the scout to keep himself physically fit. The promise's "clean" also alludes to staying healthy. The last sentence of the scout oath states that the scout must keep himself physically strong and mentally awake. To do this you need to stay fit and exercise daily and stay away from harmful drugs as well as keep well rested to keep your mind at its fullest.
