Why does WikiAnswers give out such nonsense?
WikiAnswers is not a bad place. Nonsense is given out by vandals, which is being combated as I am writing this answer by a team of over 500 Supervisors.

Regardless of what you add to your nonsense answer, there is the same likeliness that you will be banned, especially if you have written nonsense before.

Sadly, the "Harmless Nonsense" subcategory outlived its usefulness - and was being misused - and was therefore deleted.

Because WikiAnswers is NOT a bad website. In fact, it is an excellent website, even though some post stuff that is not allowed, like "I don't know." and other nonsense in answers and things like that. The knowledge shared on WikiAnswers and what you can learn on the site is awesome! Oh, and the nonsense stuff usually does not stay on the site long before it is removed.

Not personally, but you could be reprimanded by a Supervisor, or warned and blocked. They do not take spam, bullying and nonsense lightly as it wastes people's time.
Why are supervisors so mean?
They aren't mean, but they can be merciless if you vandalize the site. The supervisors at sites like Wikianswers are not mean; they are merely enforcing the rules. If you want a Q & A wiki, no matter how much "fun" people have by spamming or saying ridiculous things, the spam and irrelevant answers do not contribute. Due to this fact, spamming and nonsense are just deleted, and spammers and nonsense answerers will eventually be blocked.
