pf means proof! and 69 is the grade. grade from 1-70.
If you mean no mintmark, it was struck in Philadelphia.

Each nationality has different letters on their coins. What they mean is particlular to that country.
On the description of a U.S. silver dollar, what does "burnished" mean? If you check the definition of the word "burnish", it means to brighten by polishing. For the specific case of a coin, it's been made shiny by some mechanical form of polishing. While burnishing may improve the appearance of a coin, the coin's surface is subject to damage in the process. The result is that its collector value is almost always reduced.

PF-69 is not a value, it's a grade. But it does affect the value, the higher the grade the more value a coin has. A PF-69 coin is one grade below a "Perfect" proof coin.
Gold was fixed at £832 a Troy Ounce on 1st October 2010 in London. Your coin, assuming it is gold and probably alloyed with copper i.e. 22 carat, is worth around £900 - £1000. PF69 refers to Proof 69 (69 out of 70 as the highest known grade) and probably slabbed as such. It may have slightly more value from a numismatic viewpoint although as it is a modern issue this is highly unlikely.
You can't unless you pay the $20+ to send your coin to NGC/PCGs even under magnification the ordinary person cannot tell the difference between a pf69 and pf70 coin. Of course, it is easy to tell if your coin is uncirculated or proof, a proof silver eagle will have very shiny, mirror like fields that are easy to see yourself in. An uncirculated silver eagle will be shiny, but won't be mirror like. Also, the raised part of the coin will look frosted on a proof coin but not on an uncirculated coin.
what u mean by a dirty coin is a coin that is dirty, dusty and sticky ( not most of the times it can be sticky).
It could mean anything depending on the coin. What country? What year? What denomination? What does the coin appear to be made from?
PF is short for proof, which refers to a specialized minting process that gives the coin an extra detailed and shinier appearance. They're sold to collectors, and not used in general circulation. Then the number 69 is the rating on a scale of 1-70, where 1 is barely identifiable and 70 is absolutely flawless.
It increases the value on the coin.
what does becker on continental coin mean
July 11, 2009 I am assuming you are refering to the 2003 American Silver Eagle coin. As a collector coin the values given are for uncirculated and proof coins. If that is a private mint coin, it is probably the weight of the coin.
1903 is the year the coin was minted (made)
That entirely depends on the type of coin you mean. Describing it only as "this" coin makes your question impossible to answer.
