Maybe you could get two of those 120 min dvd's and put 75 min on each and just make two parts. Of course this would require a bigger budget than what you may be thinking of but it allows you to seperate equally

Yes I think there are because I watched one version online and watched a DVD version that had the same plot and characters but different scenes. I think there is a U/PG and a 12 certificate version but i can only find the U/PG version as a DVD.
