A "pin-up" is a picture of a sexy person that you "pin up" (or tape up or whatever) on your wall. By extension, a "pin-up" is a person who looks like someone whose picture you'd like to put on your wall!

How many pinups can a dog sled team pull?

A 16-dog sled team can pull a sled carrying 400 to 450. If by "pinups" you mean pin up models, which we'll estimate to be 130 pounds each, the sled team could carry no more than 3 models, with little other gear. If by "pinups" you mean calendars or images OF those models, the team could obviously carry a substantial number more. Again, maxing at 400 to 450 pounds.

Are there any absolute in beauty Is beauty really the eye of the beholder?

Commercial and popular "beauty" will change constantly. (Think of 40's pinups vs. Twiggy) But there is no absolute beauty and probably never will be. So yes beauty can be found in everyone and oftentimes it is our character or what makes us different that is seen as beautiful in others eyes.

Since a pin up girl is a girl that you put up on your wall does that mean all girls are pin up girls?

Not necessarily. Pinup modeling refers to photography that is meant to be pinned up on a wall such as calendars and posters. If a model has not appeared in such publications then they are not really considered "pinups." Additionally, there is a specific style that is associated with pinup modeling that includes the 1940s-1960s style (hair, makeup, outfits) that fall under the pinup category. It is a specialized field that not all models meet the requirements for.
