The only bad way i have so far heard of it tendonitis. Other than the accidental injuries (if you are talking about that kind of physical)
gets your arm strong from hitting, your thighs from squatting, and for me, i learned a lot of control
well my sporting friends, power,stamina and agility are the aspects of volleyball
uhh im pretty sure you get EXERCISE from it
