The prf means the coin is a proof, proof coins are not intended for circulation and have mirror like fields (spaces where there is no design) and generally frosty designs. US Coins are graded on a scale from 1-70 with 1 being barely readable and 70 being absolute perfection. Prf 65 is a fairly low grade for a US proof made recently. For older coins Prf 65-66 are typical due to damage from improper storage. But for newer proofs, prf 68 is low and 69 and 70s are common.

What does prf-65 mean in coin grading for coins?

I believe it is the highest quality for a coin, a prf-65 liberty nickel, for example, could auction for about $600CorrectionPR65 describes a specific grade of a specific type of coin. PR stands for Proof, which means that a coin is specially struck to give it (usually) a mirror-like finish, and is sold to collectors rather than used for spending. 65 is a numeric grade that further describes the coin's quality. Numeric grades for proof coins as well as for uncirculated coins (designated MS, or Mint State) normally run from 60 to 70. 60 is the lowest acceptable condition. Of course MS60 or PR60 are still very nice, but not as good as a higher value. In addition very few coins are so well-struck that they qualify for a grade of 66 or above. That means PR65 describes a coin that's (a) a proof strike and (b) almost but not quite the highest possible quality.

Population Regression Function vs Sample Regression Function?

1. PRF is based on population data as a whole, SRF is based on Sample data 2. We can draw only one PRF line from a given population. But we can Draw one SRF for one sample from that population. 3. PRF may exist only in our conception and imagination. 4. PRF curve or line is the locus of the conditional mean/ expectation of the independent variable Y for the fixed variable X in a sample data. SRF shows the estimated relation between dependent variable Y and explanatory variable X in a sample.

What will result in the best axial resolution long pulse length short pulse length low pulse repetition frequency or high pulsed repetition frequency?

== == In diagnostic ultrasound axial resolution is influenced by a number of factors including transmission pulse length and frequency of the probe. For best axial resolution short pulses are used - long pulses can potentially improve the signal to noise ratio but their use often results in "range side lobes", effectively a reduction in axial resolution. Pulse repetition frequency (PRF) is a separate issue to axial resolution however high frequency probes are able to have a higher PRF (resulting in higher frame rates) than low frequency probes due to the higher rate of absorption of the higher frequency signals.

What does prf mean for coins?

It stands for proof, proof coins are coins that are struck with great care, are struck multiple times to make things stand out, and are generally higher quality. These coins are sold to collectors at a premium over face value. Some proof coins are made out of precious metals such as silver even though regular strike coins do not use silver.

How is platelet rich fibrin superior to platelet rich plasma?

Platelet rich in fibrin (PRF) is known to have several advatages over platelet rich plasma PRP) including: 1-Unlike PRP, with PRF no anticoagulant or/and antiplatelet therapy is needed, hence diminishing risks for bleeding. 2-PRP is effective when used on soft tissue only, while PRF could be utelized in treatments plans for both soft and hard tissue. 3-PRF is prepared faster and easier, rendering PRP less time effective.
