Generally, RE is put at the beginning of the text message to indicate it was forwarded.
'Re:' when used in an e-mail or text message usually means 'regarding' or 'in reference to'.
No. RE means "regarding" and is a response to an earlier message. It appears by default before the header in most e-mail programs when you use "reply."The prefix FWD usually appears on messages forwarded by another person.
Re is rhenium
Re means "regarding".
message switching: sends the entire message to an alt router route to get to the end user.packet switching: breaks the message into packets and sends them to the end user, using the path with the lightest load or least traffic at the time of transmit. Packets can be sent in order or not and are re-assembled at the recieving end in the correct order by packet number.

REply
The French word for brother is Frère. The F in frère doesn't stand for anything.
what does RE stand for in schools
It's probably because your computer doesn't recognize that the file is a download (in the script you see) and displays it as a text file. As far as I know the problem is not on your end of the process so don't try re-booting or re-downloading. You must simply wait until the download is fixed or someone who DOES get it to download it re-posts it somewhere else.

It stands for "Reply".
