STOP is an acronym for Sit, Think, Observe and Plan. The acronym serves to remind us of what we should do in a survival situation.

Plan/prepare - before you even find yourself in a survival siutation, take steps to avoid finding yourself in a survival situation. Bring supplies that you'd need just in case.
