Schedule 4, Controlled Substance
I unlawfully and willfully did possess 31 pills of lorazepam
I have 13 charges of FRAUD POSS CS/PRESCRIPTION SCH III/IV in Denton, TX. What's going to happen :(
"Sell sch 1 cs" likely refers to selling a Schedule 1 controlled substance, which is a highly regulated substance with a high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use. Selling such substances is illegal and can result in severe legal consequences.
PWIMSD SCH IV stands for "Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/or distribute a Schedule IV controlled substance" For example Xanax, Valium, etc. It basically means the person is being charged with selling/delivering the controlled substance which is a Class I Felony in my state.
CS-SCH VI - is legal/law enforcement 'shorthand' which means: "Controlled Substance-Schedule 6" which is where Cannabis/Marijuana is listed.
sch 1 cs = schedule 1 controlled substance. (Illegal drugs). So "sell sch 1 cs" means "sell schedule 1 controlled substance" or so I'm thinking.
Simple possession Schedule 3 controlled substance
PWIMSD stands for Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver. Sch II CS refers to Schedule II Controlled Substances, which are drugs with a high potential for abuse that have some accepted medical uses. Therefore, PWIMSD Sch II CS indicates the possession of a Schedule II drug with the intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver.
it means possession of a schedule six controlled substance..which is marijuana. :)
sch = school org = ?
It means: This is a misdemeanor charge of "Simple Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance." It is obviously written in cop/court "shorthand" and I do not know the meaning of the last letter "m." 'Simple possession' means that the quantity you had on you was not in sufficient to prove you had enough to distribute (deal).
Schedule 4 drugs. Stuff that needs a prescription or I believe cocaine, heroin, and other hard drugs
