you go to my hex and then there is a option around settings called apparation, click on that. read all the info and under the info there is an option called apparate. another page will come up and buttons with the following words will show up in random places on the page. think hard about where you want to go! you have to click on them as quick as you can a few times on each or else you fail.you have to pass the test three times and when you fail you have to wait 15 minutes before you can try again. once you pass the test you will be told that the ministry will send you an owl with your apparation license. :) hope i helped.
