Teeth do not heal like all other parts in your body because teeth do not have cells that help than other parts in the body so the other cells in the body help heal because they keep build up. That what i think.

Teeth cannot heal or repair themselves like other parts of the body can. Once teeth are damaged or decayed, they cannot regenerate new tissue to restore their structure. Additionally, teeth do not have the ability to grow back if they are lost or extracted.

A dentist is a doctor. I believe you mean, though, a doctor as in someone who does body parts, not teeth, like a dentist. Here are some differences (if that is what you are referring to): Dentists work on teeth, they inspect them and clean them. Dentists do not work on the mouth, however. Only teeth (and gums), that is their job. A doctor's job is to work on the the other mouth parts, and other body parts and bones.
