The Keywork is, esentially, the universe. The seven circles represent the Stars of Sirius. The triangles connecting them is called Heaven's Fence, which is made up of beams of light that hold the Keywork together.
Coheed and Cambria's songs are an ongoing story called The Amory Wars. The stories jump back and forth between Claudio (Coheed and Cambria's son) and The Writer. This song however is about The Writer and his love for Erica Court. She eventually lies to him and deceives him and he is torn apart. The song states that she could have been all he wanted, but she wasnt honest, and now she must pay for it; and if she really loved him she would have been understanding. Then he goes on to explain how much the pain is killing him and if she could just write him out of her life he would be happy. In the end he begs her to stop lying to him because he still loves her, and if she wont then he'll hope she dies. The name of the song is from The Writer invisioning himself lowering Erica Court to the bottom of a grave he's dug for her (Lyrics: "But you weren't honest, now get in the ground"), and as he says this he means 'Welcome Home' indicating that this is the place where she will stay and live.
