What does the Erratic Player skill do in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2?

It amplifies type effectiveness for that pokemon. So a Riolu with Erratic Player will do more damage with a Fighting move against a Normal pokemon, than another Fighting pokemon would with the same stats. But that Riolu would also take more damage from a Psychic move.

To evolve Pikachu, you will need to have a Thunderstone in your possession. When asked if your Pokemon needs an item to evolve, say yes and select the Thunderstone. If you are trying to evolve your player or partner Pikachu in Mystery Dungeon Time, Darkness or Sky, you will also need to complete the post-credits plot and recruit Palkia for you to be able to evolve. Choose Pikachu, and it should evolve. I don't know where you get a Thunderstone.
