The F-16 military jet uses a Jet Engine to give it Thrust and to power its self. On top of this it uses Flaps which let it control how the air goes over the wings. The most important part is the Fly-By-Wire System which without it the plane wouldn't even take off the ground. The tail wing keeps the plane stable in the air. Please Note the Pilot is quite important as well although it isn't really needed as much as hes/shes used to.
