'saikou' has a few meanings, but if you are talking about a noun it means 'the best' its probably best if you look it up in a dictionary (or an online dictionary if you can't find a paper one).
I think its pronounced 'sa-ee-ko-' the 'sa' is short (like in sand), the 'i' is said like a double 'e' (like in keen) and the 'kou', you say the 'o' for twice as long as you normally would (like in short). In some spellings, it doesn't have a 'u', instead it has a line over the 'o', showing that you are supposed to hold it for longer.
