What does the Mozambique flag look?

There's a red triangle on the left side, with a yellow 5-pointed star in the center of it. On top of the star is a white open book, and on top of that are a black rifle and a hoe crossed like an X. On the right side of the flag are three horizontal stripes separated by thinner white stripes. The top stripe is green, the middle stripe is black, and the bottom stripe is yellow.
