I'm trying to figure out what the 94D on the bottom of my pan means. The numbers seem to indicate the year of manufacture. Haven't found out what the letters mean yet.

Most likely they are just the model numbers. Most kitchen supplies have some kind of model number or code on them.

If you mean Revere, Massachusetts, then yes. If you mean Revere Missouri or Minnesota, then no.

That will depend on the stamp and the country it is from. Sometimes it is the engraver's name. It could be a plate number. It might even be the name of the printing company.
It is a date stamp. The numbers should be in a diamond pattern on the stamp. The 1 on top the 8 on bottom and the 56 together in the middle. It means the piece was made in 1856.
