SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) or Air Bags. The light is on because there is a problem with the system. Take it to your dealer. This is not a DIY repair.
I had the same problem with my 2004 CRV - the dealer replaced the SRS switch at no charge....seems like it may be one of Honda's "secret warranty" issues, but I'm not complaining, the switch is expensive!
