It wasn't the B o T's fault that the Titanic sank. however, B o T regulations meant that there were not enough lifeboats.
The word 'titanic' (lower case t) is an adjective, a word that describes a noun as enormous or gigantic. The word 'Titantic' (capital T) is a noun, a proper noun, the name of a specific ship (RMS Titanic, sunk in the Atlantic Ocean in 1912).
I don"t get the word Policy, do you mean an insurance policy? Jack Davis and Rose were fictional characters in the Titanic Movie. Rose survived the disaster, Jack did not. Jack was an artist, Rose something of an aristocratic type or playgirl. I don"t see how policy came in.
