put it in normal tuning, but for the bottom string, (the thickest one) instead of holding it at the 5th fret and it being the same note as the next string up, move up to the 7th fret. you'll need to make the top string lower until the note at the 7th fret on the thickest string matches the next string down open. then its in drop D. you can now play power chords with one finger, which is most of A7Xs song
