Yes although it may depend on the translation that you use. I have the New Living Translation which makes things a little easier to read and understand. In my version it can be found in Numbers 6:25 May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you., Psalm4:6 Many people say, "Who will show us better times? Let your face smile on us, Lord., and Psalm 67:1. May God be merciful and bless us, May His face smile with favor on us.There may be other places and other translations that have the word smile.

Of God, Psalms 104:31 says "... the LORD (YHWH)shall rejoice in his works."

And again at Isaiah 65:19 "... I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people..." and

at Jeremiah 32:41 he says:"... I will rejoice over them to do them good..." and at Zephaniah 3:17 it says:"...The LORD thy God ... will rejoice over thee with joy...he will joy over thee with singing." Though God is a spirit(John 4:24)(John 1:18), without literal fleshly features (like a face or lips to smile), he has real emotions and expresses very real joy and happiness. He is called the HAPPY (or 'blessed') God (1 Timothy 1:11).

Jesus, as a perfect representative of his father (Colossians 1:15), also displayed a deep inner joy (Hebrew 12:2; Matthew 5:10-12) and shared it with his followers (John 15:11:"These things have I spoken unto you, that my joymight remain in you...") Though it is not specifically mentioned in The Bible, the fact that Jesus was SO approachable (Mark 10:13-16), found so much joy is his service to God (John 4:34) (Luke 10:21), and cared so much for his disciples (Mark 6:30-32), has caused many to feel that he undoubtedly smiled often and sincerely.

The actual word "smiling" does not appear in the King James Version of the Bible. However there are 25 verses that uses the word "Happy". King James Version. Verses below.
