Like on other Apple computers, the command or "Apple" keys on the iBook G4 serve as part of many keyboard shortcuts. They can be used in combination with other keys when online or even for GUI applications.

There is no separate Print Page key on a Mac keyboard. Press the Command key (cmd) and the P key together to bring up a Print dialogue pane.

Yes but there won't be a windows key instead it'll be a Command Key. If you have a Mac already I would recommend downloading and installing Bootcamp drivers to make the compatibility better.
The nearest equivalent Meta key to a Mac's Command key on a Windows PC would be the Windows key although many of the Commands that use the Control key (on Windows) are performed with the Command key on the Mac.
Command A = Select All
Control Z is a keyboard function on a Windows computer that will undo the last function. On a Mac keyboard, the same function is performed as Command Z. To perform the function, first press control (or command) and then press the Z key.
