A transsexual is a person who has the inner nature of one sex, but the body of the other. It is an uncomfortable state of being, and since the gender identity, being, or essence of a person cannot be changed, the person feels compelled to change the body.

In sexology, there is the feminine essence concept of transsexuality. That refers to the notion that transsexuals are either women trapped in male bodies or men trapped in female bodies. Karl Heinrich Ulrichs proposed in the 1800's that it is possible for a person to have a female soul trapped in a male body. The discredited sexologist, J. Michael Bailey, rejects this notion.

Where can you buy history photographic art painting pictures of feminine post op oriental male transsexuals?

There is no such thing. If they are post-op male transsexuals (meaning they have a male identity), they would not be feminine. If you mean "male transsexuals" to refer to TS women, then that is degrading. Male transsexuals are masculine and female transsexuals are feminine. Unlike transgendered persons, they fully conform to one sex or the other and do not straddle gender lines. Besides this "historical" bit seems dubious. Lilli Elbe was the only one in modern time to have surgery before the late 1950's, and then there was Christine Jorgenson. Now if you mean paintings, then how would you know whether they were postop TS women, or other women? Or if you mean "male transsexuals" to mean FtM TS men, then how would you tell in a painting whether it is a TS man with surgical correction to be fully male, or whether it is some other man? The whole purpose of the surgery is to destroy your differences and fit in with both society and who you believe you are, not to stand out.
