The 2001 ford Mustang uses a Constant Control Relay Module. This module is a sealed unit and contains the AC relay.
On my 2000 it is located inside right front fender well
the ccrm contains the fuel pump,coolng fan,a/c relays depending on model year
In the passenger fender well. It can be reached by removing the Air Cleaner or inner fender panel.

TCM, is the Transmission Control Module. It controls automatic transmission shift points, etc.
It controls the ignition system.
