They are both part of the larger structure called the continental margin where a continental plate meets an oceanic plate. The lower (deeper) end of the continental slope is called the continental rise.
One of His Theorys of continental drift was, that you could fit the continents back together if you had pictures. Also it would make up Pangea
To get the capacity (area) of a closet shelf, multiply the length of the shelf by the width of the shelf. Make sure that that both measurements are in the same units. i.e. bithe should be in inches, or feet, or centimeters. If you use different measurements, the resulting value will be wrong.

this answer does not make sense please ask another quetion.
Continental shelf, continental slope, continental rise and abyssal plain. The first three make up the continental margin.
I don't think it is the continental shelf

Someone can make his or her own computer monitor shelf, by buying a shelf in a do-it-yourself shop. Buy it together with some stuff to fix it to the wall and voila.

The slope of an area will determine the problem that you will be able to make, whether it is an even or a steep slope.
if someone were to make a topographic map they would mostlikly have a bunch a contour lines realy close together because the closer they are together the more steep it is.so i guess they would make close contour lines then make a drop off

No.Mountains are the result of continental drift an volcanic activity. Earthquakes are also the result of continental drift an volcanic activity. Thus the two go together but the earthquakes do not cause the mountains.
