They work in drive thru presenting food, or they cook in grill. Some crew members also are cashiers on front counter or in the drive thru. Some crew members have a job cleaning the front "lobby" as they call it. I know this because I work at a McDonalds. If you have any other questions please ask!

∙ 11y agoAs a Mcdonalds crew member, expect to be on your feet for hours at a time even though you get breaks. You will be doing anything from wiping the tables, taking out the trash, cleaning the bathrooms, then taking orders, working the cash register, and even food prep as you progress through the company. You can eventually make it to team leader then assistant manager, then manager if you play your cards right.
