An exclamation point means you are low. Low on what depends on the symbol that the exclamation point is associated with, if there is a steering wheel symbol your probably low on Power Steering fluid, etc. There is a new symbol that most people don't know or might not understand, and its hard to describe it, it just might be your TPMS warning light. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System warning light is the light that comes on when your tire pressure is at 20% or lower than the manufacturers recommended tire pressure. Most people have never seen it before and have to be told what it is. Take it into a mechanic and they can probably tell you what it is. On most vehicles with TPMS, when the light turns on any one of the tires can be low, it usually doesn't tell you which ones though.
