It signify the group of the element. For example, the first group is called alkali metals. When it is moving from left to right of the Periodic Table, the atomic radius decreases, the ionization energy increases, and the electronegativity increases.
As far as i know, its the atomic mass of oxygen
15,999 Atomic weight of oxygen
9
You can predict a lot from its position. As the group number increases, the number of shells also increase. This means that the element can react easily, as the electrons are farther away from the nucleus (as the nucleur charge decreases.) However, across a period, the effective nucleur charge increases, therefore the atomic size decreases the the element is therefore less reactive. Also, The elements towards the left of the table have more metallic characterisitcs, whil those on the right have non metallic characterisitcs. We can also find the valency through the periodic table....Valency increases across a period from 1 to 4 and then decreases (1,2,3,4,3,2,1). Hope it helped :)

In Roman numerals 65000 is LXV but with an horizontal bar above each numeral to signify multiplication by a thousand.
an ordered repititionof strong and weak elements to create movement
10000 in Roman numerals is simply X but with an horizontal bar above the numeral to signify multiplication by a thousand (10*1000 = 10000)
Many pagan gods are represented by and represent things in nature, such as elements, weather, and animals.
M with a horizontal bar above the numeral to signify multiplication by one thousand. Placing brackets around a Roman numeral is an alternative method of indicating that the numeral within the brackets should be muliplied by 1000 so (M) means 1000 x 1000, which is 1,000,000.
In roman numerals 4000, 5000 and 10000 are IV, V and X respectively but with an horizontal bar above each numeral to signify multiplication by a thousand.
