The kick panels are the interior trim panels , just in front of the front doors , by the drivers and passengers feet
The passenger side kick panel is the panel directly under the glove box, next to where the passenger's feet go. The switch is located behind the panel. It is small, round, and has the reset button on top.
In the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel what does it look like
I will look like a silver cylinder that has two prongs that plug in like fuses do. It usually sits in the fuse block underneath the driver kick panel.
Look either in the left rear storage compartment behind panel or in one of the front kick panels Look either in the left rear storage compartment behind panel or in one of the front kick panels Look either in the left rear storage compartment behind panel or in one of the front kick panels
The Owner Guide shows that it is BY the kick panel ( not behind ) So , look in the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel On my 1995 Ford Explorer it's in the right corner , by the kick panel , and just above the carpet , but yours might be higher up from the carpet
Fuse is in the passenger side kick panel fuse box. Look at the inside of the kick panel for exact location
the right kick panel is in front of the passenger door , the left kick panel is in front of the drivers door
You should be able to find the on/off switch under the passenger side kick panel, take a flash light and look over the top of the kick panel and you should see it there. If not remove the door sill and then the kick panel to expose the switch.
I have a 2000 Ranger and the reset button is in the passenger side kick panel. If you look between the glovebox and the floor it should have "Fuel Reset" labeled on the kick panel.
if your sitting in the passenger seat look down at you feet..see the panel at yourr ight foot? the one right below the door hinge. that's the kick panel. if your looking for the inertia switch or " fuel cut-off switch" your on the right track..its right behind that kick panel. good luck hope that helps.
