There are three light zones in the ocean.
1) Sunlight Zone, also called the Euphotic Zone. The Sunlight Zone gets lots of light.
2) Twilight Zone, also called the Disphotic Zone. The Twilight Zone gets little light.
3) Midnight Zone, also called the Aphotic Zone. The Midnight Zone gets absolutely no light.
As the depth increases, the amount of light decreases and the pressure decreases.
It means that the water is on the top of the ocean, letting light into it. Thus, that part of the ocean is called the light zone

Sunlit zone is the highest layer of the ocean. It gets the most light because of the sun. Most of the animals live there because this zone has the most nutrients. This zone is full of life.
The bottom zone of ocean life, where there is no light.
sunlight zone
Because it is so far deep only 1% of light gets through
there isn't very much light in the abyss zone of the ocean, the sun can hardly get to it
Sun light zone of the ocean
photic zone and aphotic zone
Zone away from shore upto effective light penetration .
Aphotic zone is the area of a lake or an ocean which gets little or no sunshine throughout the year.
yes
Neritic zone
The open water zone is beneath the littoral zone and is only as light can reach. The deep water zone is below the open water zone where no light reaches
