A Dell monitor can be rest back to its original factory settings. In order to do this, the user should push the menu button and then the down arrow to scroll through the options and choose all settings to reset the monitor to the original defaults. Then push the up arrow to select exit and then the menu button to exit the main settings.
It is called a Dell Dock. Click your start menu then all programs. Dell and click Dell Dock. This should bring back your top drop down menu

The Menu button is in the upper left hand corner of the remote below the SAT button. There is also a Menu button on most of our receivers. Thanks.
The BIOS menu on any computer is helpful for many reasons, including making configurations and troubleshooting. On a Dell laptop, getting into the BIOS menu is a cinch. Simply power the computer down and back on. Once you see the boot screen with the Dell logo, repeatedly press the F2 key until you are eventually taken into the BIOS menu. There you can make changes to things like your boot order, hardware, and more.
The Menu soft key was removed on the Razr M. You have to look for the 3 dots signifying the settings function in each app.

The tools button is not realy a button but a drop down menu from the task bar under the address bar of your screen. If you do not see it, you would need to modify your view by right clicking on the area under the web address bar and choosing from the drop down box, the menu bar. This will include the drop down menus- File Edit View Tools and Help

Using the "power" button will result in you being taken by to the main menu.
