the nebula starts getting smaller, smaller and smaller and slowly dis a Pears it then explodes and gives nutrients to the stars around it.
Usually they are named of what they look like, like the "Horse Head Nebula". Although some nebulas are named of where they are, like "The Orion Nebula", right below "Orion's Belt".
you couldn't see without it and you would die in a matter of minutes without it
Yes, some nebulae can be seen with the naked eye, if you know where to look. They are better seen with binoculars, but in the right conditions some can be seen with the naked eye, like the Orion nebula, in the constellation of Orion.
Very similar to how it does today. How much of it could be seen is a different matter
The Big Dipper never changes. It always looks the same no matter what time of year it is.
I don't see why not. Suppose our solar system passed into a nebula. There you go. It could also form inside a nebula, though the matter near the primary (the sun) would have been blown back by the solar wind, leaving a void around the star and inner planet(s). An earth-like planet in a nebula would not have many stars to look at.

Its collapses to the fall and slowly closes its eyes...and then its dead...:(
No, The nebula is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen gas, helium gas and plasma. Look on Wikipedia.
