Most of eukariyotic cells have only one nucleus.But some cells have more than one nucleus. Eg:-Skeletal muscle cells.Some cells do not have a nucleus.Eg:-Erythrocytes,Seive tube elements
Eukaryotes have a nucleus, prokaryotes only have a nucleoid (region where the cell's DNA is located, not enclosed by a membrane). But that's not the only difference. Prokaryotes also lack almost all the other organelles that eukaryotes have. Prokaryotes only have the nucleoid and free ribosomes in their internal structure.
messenger RNA (mRNA) carries the coded message specifying the sequence of amino acids in the protein from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. It is transcribed from DNA in the nucleus and serves as the template for protein synthesis in the cytoplasm.
