What does the priest say at conseration?

At the consecration the priest says "On the night He was betrayed He took bread in His sacred hands, said the blessing and broke it. He said to His apostles Take this, all of you and eat it, This My Body which will be given up for you; do this in remembrance of me.' When supper was over He took the Cup, again he gave You [meaning God the Father] thanks and praise, he gave the cup to his disciples and said 'Take this, all of you, and drink from it, this is My Blood; the blood of the new and everlasting covenant; it will be shed for you and for all so that sins may be forgiven, do this in memory of me'
