The Quran says do not marry non-believing woman who associate partners with God then it goes on to say that that applies to all non-believing women except for the people of the book (Jews and Christians). No, the Quran didn't say that. A women has rights like men do, she has her duties and there are guidelines to everything. That is why Allah swt wrote Surah Al-Nisaa (the Ladies, the Women) and Surah Al Noor has many rules too.
