There is no horizontal rudder. The horizontal control surface is the elevator. The rudder steers, elevator makes the plane go up and down
Because all they need is their main rudder to spin fast enough to get the helicopter off the ground. They need only enough room to spin the rudder and for the helicopter to fit in a space. They don't need to go forward fast to lift off, unlike planes and shuttles.
It might have to do with something not balanced,Check the rudder,the nose,maybe even the throttle could throw the helicopter off.I know for a fact if you travel really high really fast you will wobble.
Reduce collective will reduce the lift and the helicopter will begin to descend. Reducing the throttle will also reduce the RPM and result in descent of the helicopter. With less torque, the helicopter will begin to spin so the rudder pedals will have to be adjusted to reduce the amount of tail rotor thrust.
2 channel RC systems have 2 control units like rudder and altitude. 3 channels control 3 control units like rudder, altitude and speed. If you buy 2 RC systems get them so they transmit on separate radio channels. 1 radio channel for each helicopter. That way they will not interfere.

If the helicopter tries to drift in a certain direction or rotates without any control stick input, you may need to adjust your trim. Move the trim sliders in the opposite direction that the helicopter is drifting. For example, if the helicopter tends to drift to the right, move the aileron trim slider a few notches to the left to counteract the the drift. Similarly, if the helicopter's nose is rotating to the left, move the rudder trim slider a few notches to the right. Adjust each trim slider as necessary so that when light on its skids, the helicopter remains as stationary as possible. Some drifting is normal because the helicopter is fighting ground effect. If you've moved your rudder trim slider all the way to the end of its travel and the helicopter's rotation in the opposite direction is still not corrected, you may need to adjust the proportional trimmer potentiometer (pot) on the helicopter's receiver. Refer to your manual for more detailed instructions, but essentially this dial controls how fast the tail rotor spins relative to the main rotor. Turning the dial clockwise makes the tail rotor spin faster, which rotates the helicopter's nose to the right when spun up. Similarly, turning the dial counter-clockwise decreases the tail rotor speed, which rotates the nose to the left. By trial and error, adjust the trimmer pot so that when your rudder trim slider is close to its center of travel, the helicopter remains stationary
The rudder stears the boat
Rudder trunk is a space between carrier bearing and bush of the rudder stock of a ship's and the space is located just above rudder.
A wheel is connected to the rudder, when you turn the wheel it turns the rudder. The water flowing by the boat is pushed in either direction by the orientation of the rudder.
