It looks like a regular nighttime sky; the moon looks farther or doesn't appear at all. The sun also looks farther away.
Correction: Around sunset and sunrise the Martian sky is pinkish-red in color, but in the vicinity of the setting sun or rising sun it is blue. This is the exact opposite of the situation on Earth. However, during the day the sky is a yellow-brown "butterscotch" color.
Mars has no moon, but it does have two relatively tiny asteroids orbiting it.

Since Mars is so close to the Earth (astronomically speaking), then stars would still appear to be in the same relative position, with VEEEEEEERY little difference. Because of the thinner atmosphere distorting the light from the stars, they would appear brighter and clearer.

No light from the Sun is reaching the dark side, once you look in the night sky it would be easier to look at Mars because no light is reaching the side you are on or Mars.

Yes. Venus always looks like the brightest star in the sky. Jupiter usually looks like the second-brightest star (sometimes briefly outshone by Mars, when it's close to us). Mercury, Mars, and Saturn still look like fairly bright stars.
