I think you have to catch all the Unown A-Z and Unown ! and ?. I don't know what happens after that because I'm still working on it. If you want to know the locations of all the Unowns then go to this website. http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/918915/46239 Then ctl+f and type in Unown and keep pushing enter until you find it.

∙ 13y agoThere are Pokemon in the game that are called Unknown. the only attack they have is Secret Power. and there are tons of them. there are different forms of them.

∙ 15y agoif you use the unknown to form a Pokemon name in your party, e.g raiku, and then go into the grass the first Pokemon to appear will be that Pokemon. not sure if it works but its worth a shot?
