Hi, every women is different. The first usual signs of pregnancy are: Missed period. Sometimes women continue to have a period through some or all of their pregnancy. Another first sign would be tender breast. Some women may or may not have this. Your areola's (the area around your nipples) may become darker. You might would feel naseaus, fatigue. These are the main pregnancy symptoms. You might have sensativity to smells or light. Lower back ache, you might notice your clothes are tighter or you have gained some weight. Hope this helps. I found out I was pregnant when I was two weeks (my daughter is now almost 2) I knew I was pregnant because I had a very sensitive nose, I was craving cucumbers in ranch dressing. These were the first two signs for me. Though every women is different.

Um.....actually the vagina is technically only the hole used for sex. and seriously? you think women's periods come from their urinary track? women bleed from the same place they have sex.

∙ 11y agoIt isn't much fun nor anything sexy about it at all. Your knees are bent and your feet are in stirrups, legs spread open, and the doctor inserts a instrument that looks like tongs into your vagina so he can look into it and take tissue samples. He has a bright light so he can see inside and will take a sample of your vaginal wall for a pap smear. The pap will find STD's and any abnormal cells. He will also check for other signs of infection. You feel a bit of pressure when all of this goes on and it isn't too comfortable, but it has to be done to stay healthy and it is part of what it means to be a woman.

Should you be able to feel your cervix when cleaning yourself?
If you mean during normal wiping after urinating, that may not be normal since the cervix is deep inside the vagina. It might be a good idea to have a doctor check you.
