Events, emotions or anything that would happen because of an event. Could be positive or negative. A repercussion. For example consequences of yelling at the library could be never being allowed back in. A consequence of doing my homework could be getting a great grade on a test. Although a consequence can be positive, it normally has a negative connotation because some people use it as a euphemism for "punishment".
