Nothing. Hebrew words don't work like that.
ehyeh (××”×™×”) is the hebrew conjugation of the verb hayah (×”×™×”) which means "to be"
The root consonants of this verb are h.y.h. If you change the vowels, and add prefixes and suffixes, you change the conjugation, for example:
Ehyeh = I will be
Tihyeh = you will be
Tihyu = You (plural) will be
Hayah = he was
Hayiti = I was
It is the verb "to be." The "eh" prefix makes it into the first-person future tense; "I will be."
The translations (in Exodus ch.3) may render "ehyeh" in the present tense ("I am that [which] I am"), because the Hebrew Bible often doesn't strictly separate tenses, so commentaries and translations base themselves upon context. However, the Talmud (Berakhot 9b) suggests that the phrase (Exodus 3:14) might better be understood as a future-tense.
