Logical reasonI guess the chemicals (Flourides) actually bleach your teeth (Calcium reacts actively with flourides) and I think the brush actually cleans up the dirt and germs from your teeth.

It has fluoride in it that strengthens the teeth and gums. It also helps if you swish and spit but don't rinse your mouth.
