No, it doesn’t pay you for a million views. It has been a rumor for a long time that YouTube pays you for a million views. However, the truth is that you don’t get any dollar for a million views. But, YouTube does reward for channel activity. If you create lots of videos and have lots of subscribers, YouTube will pay you for your channel activity. Then, you will get more money through YouTube partner program. For more information, you can visit the following link.

First of all, make sure you upload your YouTube video to Facebook. There are two ways to do this. First, you can embed the video from YouTube. Second, you can upload the video from Facebook. If you want specific details on how to do this, you can go ahead and check Facebook help center.
A channel that I've found to be VERY funny is called WateringCanPro. They are certainly what you mean by "unknown" (Less than 50 subscribers, less than 25,000 total video views). They upload a video every week, and are consistently hilarious! Their channel and my favorite videos of theirs can be accessed through the links below. Definitely check them out!

I am not sure what you mean by views. Do you mean online series like on Hulu, Netflix or YouTube, or do you mean viewers or ratings for television shows? Please clarify so you can get the answer you need.
it is probably made by windows movie maker instead of exing out of movie maker and clicking save file then upload it it wont work but if you go into save as and upload it it should upload properly
What exactly do you mean by channel views? You receive channel views when other you-tubers visit your channel, you can not generate this by yourself.

Well, it was hard so, from mobile scrole all the way down and click DESKTOP, then to that empty profile right next to it from the right side just click MY CHANNLE and then click BROWSER, then just and I mean JUST below that YouTube sign where it says SETTINGS click that, then the word Avatar means that's where you put your pic as a profile pic, and the Backround is just to put a pic well... in the Backround of cource, so if no Backround pic just below where is say CHOOSE A COLOR for a Backround, then on the top right corner click DONE EDITING then your set, your welcome.
