An uncircumcised penis is one that is intact. In an operation called circumcision the foreskin is cut off the penis. This operation is done religious reasons or in some casses especially in the US for health reasons.

∙ 14y agouncircumcision means the the original foreskin that was attached to you penis when you were born was not remove. It looks like a cone of skin that goes over the head of your penis. Most men that are uncircumcised have more feeling in that area over circumsized men.
