Strange sentence structure. "Come and take some"
Ven= You come (informal)
y= and
tome = you take / drink (formal)
algunos = some (masculine) things
Should be "Ven y toma algunos" or "Venga y tome algunos"
But in both those cases the object (what the person should take) should be mentioned.
it means come here and I'll give it to you
"Y algunos/algunas..."
" look into my room and I'll give" is what that means
Come over here and I'll make you really rich
