If you are the one who is taking the antidepressent then you should talk to your doctor, instead of posting the question on a site like this. It doesn't sound like it's working because that is a significant increase in doseage. If it's only having a minor effect that might just be a placebo and so your doctor should put you on another drug or another program to cure the depression. -Sira
