I saw mine at 13 weeks last week. (S)he looks a bit like an alien. But the arms and legs are formed. The beating heart is visible, the spinal cord is visible, although the genitals are not until about 20 weeks. It should be about the size of a peach at this point.

At 10 weeks, the baby doesn't look like much, but you can usually see a little ball with a little body and nubs for arms and legs. If you look up 10 week ultrasounds in Google, then you should see a little better example.
Your baby is actually starting to look like a baby at this point. It is approximately 3 inches long and between .18 ounces and .21 grams. Go here to view a 3D picture: http://3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com/calendar/13-weeks-pregnant.html
The baby will come out in a sac and it will look like a baby. I miscarried my 13wk baby dec "08 and when I passed it I could see its little hands on its face and its mouth open.
