Usually not if the dog is the wild and playful type. But some don't mind but most would prefer not.
if they are raised around dogs, yes. for the most part they don't mind dogs, however, some can be hostile to dogs especially if the dog is smaller than the cat

Like any other breed, it depends on the dog. Most of my dogs dislike baths, but some dogs don't mind them.
sandslash or machop is a good starting dog. also, bellsprout or wigglytuff do not mind loud noises!
